Aldo is quite aware that running a list is work; he has been doing it
for many years so he does not need a lecture on that.  However, he
also has had a running battle with AOL for many years, and he thinks
that we in the US need to impose strict laws on Internet usage and
protocols.  These are frequent themes with him.
 
He is a very concientious listowner, who cares about his subscribers.
He therefore complains when he thinks things are not working as they
should.  You may disagree with him, but I don't think you should
ridicule him.
