With the recent rash of spoofing of administrative postings, I have taken
to trying to PGP sign all aministrative messages.

Unfortunately, almost universally, people have reported that they are
unable to get my digital signature to match, yet when I mail them direct
it does work.

The question is, might LISTSERV do some character translating or
something within a message? because the digital signature is dependent
on the internals of the message being exactly the same as when the
signatrue was created, I'm wondering if LISTSERV does something.
