It appears that topics are flagged beginning in column 93 of the list.
Does the flag start with a slash (/) followed by delimited numbers for
which topic(s) have been selected?  Does a // in 93-94 indicate default
topics?  Inquiring minds want to know :-)
 
I did a search of the archives, but couldn't see that this had been discussed.
