Can somebody explain what the following error message means? Such messages
keep coming in almost every day. All I know is that the list is held and I
have to send a FREE command to Listserv every time I receive this message -
but why I get it and what "corrective action" I should take, I do not know.
Needless to say that the so called explanation is totally wasted upon me --
"-> Abstract: Unspecified error (98954) - refer to the VMS RMS
documentation". I don't have any VMS RMS documentation; why should I? I run
a mailing list, not a VMS site.

Frustratedly,
