LISTSERV(R) has been around for more than decade (maybe 16 years?).  It
isn't a "simple" piece of software and has many parts and
interactions.  The "bibles" of LISTSERV are maintained in online
manuals.  Nevertheless, the discussions on LSTOWN-L and LSTSRV-L often amplify.

Oh, .HH means HIDE HEADER (list defintion) keywords from non-owners who
do a REVIEW listname.  It has nothing to do with template processing such
as bottom banner.
