Like Vladis, I wonder why you want to do this.  I don't think you can,
would be like disabling MAIL or NOMAIL.  I don't off hand recall if there's
a CONCEAL keyword like for Digests which you can set yes or no, don't
see it right off in what I have ready to hand.
 
However, if you're determined to do this you could, every day, send in
QUIET SET listname NOCONCEAL FOR*@*
