I think there might be another, more basic problem with this:

The other problem is that this apparently tries to send Digests to the
subscribers whose domains have the problem DMARC setting. But they aren't
the only ones affected here; it's everyone else whose domain respects that
setting. The people you want to send Digests are Comcast and Gmail
subscribers as well as Yahoo! and AOL ones.
