I'm looking for some help on subscribing users who want to use a fax address.
I tried the town.hall web site (I don't have the exact URL handy but it might
have been http://town.hall.com/) but it is no longer supporting fax
submissions.  I read the documentation that is still available but
did not see the help I need if it was there.
 
Correct me if I misunderstand, but if the fax address is at an institution
(say, education or government) then the institution must establish the
service necessary to route mail to a fax machine.  If the machine is at a
residence, then there must be a local service provider.
