You have to be running the 1.8d Beta version of LISTSERV.

There is a new header command:

*  List title
* .HH ON
* many lines
* .HH OFF

This will hide header lines.  The First Header line (interpreted by
LISTSERV as the List Title) may not be hidden.  The commands may be invoked
several times throughout the header, although it is usually easier to
rearrange the header into a 'public' block and a 'hidden' block.
