A subscriber to my moderated list has been trying to avoid getting
ACKs to his submissions.  (Apparently Genie charges a high rate per
message, regardless of its length)  His subscription has been set to
NOACK, but he still gets the "your message has been submitted to
the list editor" message.  Can this message be made dependent on the
ACK setting?
