I'm not sure I follow you here.  All (or most?) standard messages sent
out by Listserv use templates that can be modified to some extent by
the list owner (right?).  What is special about the message I want to
modify?

Bottom line: Is there a way I can modify it, and if so, how?

(And if not, why not?)
