Thanks for the great information on my last question.  However, I have
another one:  A bounced message had the "User not local, Relay disabled"
as the reason it wasn't delivered.  Would someone explain what this
means?  Do I need to change my settings, or is this perhaps a one-time
oddity?  TIA!
