Yes, its helps are decent. But its tech support personnel are
nonresponsive, virtually invisible to list owners, let alone users.
    And to make a simple user address change, I have to unsub and
resub the user, with the attendant goodby and welcome messages all over
again ... unless I disable these on the Web interface before I carry
out the rest of the operation. So, in some aspects, Yahoo is not as
easy as Listserv.
