If you look into this further, in the judge's foot notes, she said
basically, that despite the fact that CyberPromo is a bunch of theiving
jerks, and that she hated their practice, that the fact that the AGIS/CP
contract was leagally broken, and that her hands were tied. She, despite
her hatred for CP, had to uphold the law. CP has to come up with $12,500
before AGIS has to turn them on, and as of late last night, they were
still offline.
The spam that you are seeing is not from CP, it is from hit and miss
spammers, most of which don't know their site (CP) is off the net yet.
