I have a couple of lists with the same owners, so I have the
owner keywords in a file OWNER KEYWORDS and make a simple include in my
list header:

* .HH ON
* OtherKeyword1=...
* .IK OWNER
* OtherKeyword2=...
* .HH OFF

As you see, all is sorrounded by .HH ON/OFF, but actually the contents of
OWNER KEYWORD is not hidden for a review command. Is it a bug, is it a
feature? How can I conceal the list owners from the public? It's
important, because I would like to have Send= Owner.
