Well, if you really do not want viruses/worms to get through, just ban
all attachments
* Attachments= NO
* Language= NOHTML
and put in a size limit:
* Sizelim = 200

If you allow *any* attachments you cannot prevent your users from picking
up a virus/worm from list distributed material.
