A proposed name change for the Listserv machine that hosts the UK Gateway is
expected on or shortly after Thursday 28 November 1996. This change should not
affect any user of the backbone as the name change will be done transparently.
Users may observe a new address 'listserv.ja.net' in the message header which
will replace 'listserv.rl.ac.uk'.
