I much appreciate the advice, but am too ignorant to know how to follow
it. Do I understand correctly that there's nothing I can do as listowner
to make the message that's garbled only in ordinary mail (but not in
digests or archives) or vice-versa, properly readable? And that this
change to the standard charset is therefore something I need to tell these
subscribers to do, and to then repost their messages? I have no earthly
idea how to reset a charset, and am sure they don't, either, so any tips on
that would be greatly appreciated,.
