First, go to: http://maelstrom.stjohns.edu/CGI/wa.exe?LMGT1
From there have the new owner enter his address and List Password at login.
From there hit the Configuration button and you will see the list header
(configuration file). From there you can edit it. While he is there he should
add you as an owner.

I take this as the message headers and footers which are seen in each
message... Also from the URL above, select Mail Templates, then scroll
down until you come to TOP_BANNER  (header)   and
BOTTOM_BANNER (footer)  After selecting one you can edit it.
