Hey guys--

I don't really expect a serious answer from anyone, but seeing the
discussion of subject headers made me envious of those with current
versions of listserv--again.

Does anyone have any good ideas about convincing an administrator to
update our version of listserv?  We're still using 1.8*b*, fer gawdsakes,
and our administrator refuses to update. He says that "soon" we will be
changing systems (we currently run on VM), and he doesn't want to
update til after the move....but I've been hearing that for at least a
year. I WANT A NEW VERSION NOW! ;-)
