Actually, you don't 'continue' the FILTER= keyword, you 'concatentate'
i.e., you use multiple FILTER= keywords -- each set of operands is
concatenated to the previous set.  The first FILTER= operand should be the
'userid' ALSO i.e.,

* FILTER= ALSO,flamer1,flamer2
* FILTER= flamer3
