I'm grateful to John B for his prompt and proper response.
The original message didn't have a Subject so maybe John was
right to forward the whole thing.
 
Anyway, this was probably an instance of unguided enthusiasm.
Enthusiasm I always welcome; if it's unguided, then it's because
of a lack of training by me and my likes in Computing Services ;-)
