Preferably something polite, I assume.
Really all they have to do to verify the problem is to connect to
mail12.skywizard.com and try to send mail to a skywizard.com address.
I did and got the following:

So there you have it. mail12.skywizard.com doesn't accept mail for
skywizard.com.
