Right you are, assuming that all our sweet newbies utterly
refuse to use the shiny new list-management Web interface,
as a certain vocal old timer does. <smile>

The instructions I gave *only* apply to the Web interface,
and I apologize to one and all for any resulting confusion.

For instructions on the old-fashioned e-mail way to edit
LISTSERV templates, I will certainly defer to Douglas'
superior acumen.
