I am fairly new as a LISTSERV list owner.  Prior to about a month ago my
300+ member list was run using a SendMail program.  I have just about
figured out the basics but I am having one troublesome problem I can't seem
to find the answer to.
 
Many of the volunteers who help me maintain the lists are not very computer
literate.  The problem I am having I think results from one of them trying
to fix something that they didn't know how to fix:
 
Here is the  problem..I can't seem to delete these incorrect addresses.
They are essentially a combination of two subscriber's addresses:
 
> DELETE WTS [log in to unmask] [log in to unmask] (Caroline Willems)
Invalid option - "[log in to unmask]". The valid options are
GLobal, LOCal and TEST (minimum abbreviations shown in upper case).
 
> SCAN WTS MAR4OA
"[log in to unmask] (A Member)" <[log in to unmask]>
SCAN: One match.
 
Any advice would be greatly appreciated...
