Those folks are going to have more problems than LISTSERV-enabled
distributions i.e., LISTSERV can ameliorate but not solve the problem of
recipients' broken email implementations and lack of A/V procedures.

Also, many lists now adays have WEB-enabled archives and INDEX (e-mailed)
distributions, thus taking e-mailed attachments out-of-the-loop.  Though
I have not experimented with it long enough, a LISTSERV-generated Digest
in MIME/NOHTML format (I'm using Eudora 5.1 (not 5.0.1)) may be what the
Doctor ordered?
