It means TWO things:

1) subscriber rurckner@*mailcity.com (or some subscriber forwarding to that
userid) is NOT currently defined at that mail host

2) that that mail host incorrectly bounces mail to the RFC822 FROM: field
instead ofthe RFC821 MAIL FROM:<OWNER-listname@listhost> address.

Please SCAN your list for any mailcity or ruckner addresses and choose the
one that looks like it matches and either UNSUB them, SET NOMAIL, or email
them separately an inforgram.
