Such stats would be meaningless without knowing more information such as the
type of network the Listserv system is on and a clearer definition of what
you mean by "send the mail to all the list". Mail can be sent to thousands
of people within a few seconds at most on even modestly powerful systems,
but how long that mail takes to reach each recipient is a factor that is
way beyond a discussion of Listserv.
