Nathan's advice is appreciated.  I would also add that you might need to
get multiple lawyers representing various institutions involved: list's
host, list-owner host, list-owner' and list host's ISP, plaintiff's ,
plantiff's ISP.

And if any of those folks under under the age of majority, their parent's
lawyer.
