The issue is: why is this  list, with supposedly learned people, not,
at very least, send=private?  Better yet, semi-moderated.

   I suspect  I know  why Eric  hasn't done  it, but  I'll keep  that to
myself and a few close friends.

   I don't see much point, yet again,  in asking, as I have for at least
two years, that this list be tightened  up, unless more of you will open
your mouths and help effect some change!
