   Sounds like a good guess, but if so he's doing it the hard way.  There
are so many better ways to get info on lists that maybe he's clueless and
won't be able to figure it all out.  At least we can hope.  The easy way to
do is to buy one of the "instant spam" products for a few bucks, some of
which come with a list of a zillion lists, or "a million free internet
addresses included" for the 99 bucks or so.
