Well, after a few weeks of experimenting with this I think I've got it
now.  You used to be able to Send = owner,(name-of-other-list).
 
I have 15 Engineering School lists that are serviced from one list.
I made that one list (EASSTU-L) an editor on the 15 lists and it now seems
to be working the way we want it to.
