Hi folks,

I've got a BOTTOM_BANNER defined in my mail template which has been a great
success. I would like to add text to the digest header (in the way that the
BOTTOM_BANNER gets added), but not to each individual post (if the user is
in MAIL mode).

Is this possible?   I've read something in the list owner guide that implies
it, but can't remember where it was.
