If you have the people to be added to the list's electronic mail
addresses and names you quote use a word processor to insert
 
quiet add listname ahead of the address and real name.
 
Actually since you want to announce to people they have been migrated,
just do an add with no quiet and each addressee will get notification of
the switch.
 
And you will receive as listowner, all the bounced mail from bad
addresses and can follow up by contacting the person other ways or
deleting them or asking around on the list where did Joe go.
 
You could also create the rrequired file to submit to listserv by wrting
a small basic program which output add listname then read the line of
input to be appended and output it.
