Most likely, yes, you've used up what you have payed LSOFT for, want more
space, pay more money, or store the old archives yourself on your machine.
If LSOFT tells you your quota has been reached they are most likely
storing your material for you and you have used up what you have payed
for.  Pay them more so they will up your quota.  Or get a site license and
do all of it yourself on your own equipment.  Or find a friendly
university or other host site with a good LISTSERV administrator willing
to take you on.  Your address is BUFFNET as I recall.  Have you checked
with Jim Gerland about this?
