Hi all. Nice weekend weather in New England. Hope everyone's in
the same boat. :-)

Rec'd the enclosed error report earlier today. (This person just signed back
onto HWY61-L today.)

I've looked in the manual, and don't see this particular error message.
Tried the lstown-l archives, searching for 'a mail loop exists' and found
some things about peered lists, but hwy61-l isn't peered, and some release
notes for 1.8b, but still don't see this specific error message.

I understand that it's a basic error report about a loop, but *where* is
this loop? At *his* site? It must be. My list isn't looping.

I've never noticed in an error report, that the returned digest/message
itself has a message ID # containing the subscriber's address.
(bob.nbr.no = mac417.nbr.no) I suppose that's where the loop comes in,
but . . . is this usual?

Anyone have any idea what's happening here? Is he just trying to forward it
from his subscribed address to another account, and doing that wrong?

Thanks for any ideas etc. :-)

Maureen LeBlanc
