Inform his access provider(s) of his activities and ask them to take
apporpriate action.  If that doesn't work, contact the owners of the
various lists, explaining the situation and asking them to take
appropriate action.
 
By the way, did this person just happen to be subscribed to the other
lists and knew you were also, or did he go looking for lists you were
subscribed to with the intent of harrasment?  If the later, he could
be liable to both criminal and civil penalties.
