The size of the digest (for the entire list, not just for a few users)
depends on the traffic of your list (# msgs/day) and whether you set the
digest to be daily, weekly, etc.
 
It is possible, by setting daily, and by adjusting the #lines parameters
to 'force' several digests per day on a very busy (high traffic) list.
 
Whether or not you want to go to all this trouble for a few users with a
limited mail program (it is free and you do get what you pay for...) vs.
simply telling them they cannot get your list in digest form, is up to
you.  Personally, I wouldn't.
