   Several different LISTSERV lists spread this RAMA EXEC.  PLEASE CONSIDER
adding
 
* Files= No
 
to your lists if you haven't already (or changing Files= Yes to
Files= No).  I suspect that many lists allow files when a very few
really need that option.  About the only SAFE use of Files=Yes that I
can think of is for a moderated distribution list for software!
