(Without trying to map Roger's suggested syllabus against the
document) there is a file called LISTSERV TIPS available at three
sites.  (The author no longer works for the Bitnic.)  E-mail
either [log in to unmask], [log in to unmask], or
listserv@bitnic with the body of text:
