Forgot, you didn't by any chance LOCK your filelist, did you?  I'm not
sure that would fit the symptoms you describe, but an UNLOCK command
wouldn't hurt (PUTting the filelist would of course do that, but you
might try UNLOCK if you don't have a copy of the filelist).  You might
also try a REFRESH command.
