Hi,
   Recently I've been experiencing a weird problem on my AIX box running
listserv1.8d.  If listserv gets restarted automatically, listserv will
hang will trying to index a specific list.  The last thing in the log
mentions the list_name.dbrindex.  Removing this file and restarting
listserv takes care of it until the next time it happens.  It stops on the
same list each time.  I'm suspecting that the notebook for the list_name
contains an attachment that's driving it crazy.

Have others seen this before?  Is it possible to edit the notebook for
that list and remove the offending attachment?  Any other ideas would be
greatly appreciated.
