Hello all,
I am a new subscriber with an unusual situation. I administer two lists
sponsored by the American Psychological Association. (APA) These lists have
support and changes to the list are easily made via a website.

I am a member of another list, along with about 1200 other psychologists.
This list is not sponsored by APA, nor is there any other support. A few
months ago the originator and owner of this list, died suddenly of a heart
attack. He was very familiar with list configuration. The new list owner
has no experience.  We have managed to keep the list running and have
solved some of the obvious issues. There are some problems that we have not
solved.

These are:
The list headers are hidden.  This is what stops me from being more
helpful. I cannot see the configuration. How do we get the headers visible?

We would like to change the header and footer. How is that accomplished?
