The SIGNUP entry is defined from the name supplied on SUBSCRIBE commands,
or via  the REGISTER command.  There can only be  one name in  the SIGNUP
entry, besides,  it's not really an  "in context" registry like  the LIST
files. Anyway, to  answer this question, you can update  the SIGNUP entry
with "REGISTER Bill Verity".
