The MAILTPL file is usually maintained by the listowner(s), but check
with your listserv administrator(s).

Try sending to the listserv:

// job  pw=xxxxxxxx
get listname mailtpl
// eoj

Insert your password and the correct listname first.

You may get an error saying the file doesn't exist.
