Anything can be hacked, esp. if strong encryption is not involved.
If you know the list-owner's or listserv-maintainer's userid and (can
guess) the password, sure.
Also, is it hacking if the maintainer or owner does not implement various
security features e.g., REVIEW= OWNERS ?
