It's not clear-cut idiocy. AGIS had a pretty clear contract with
CyberPromo that requires thirty days' notice for termination. AGIS didn't
give CP that notice, thus violating their contract.

Interestingly enough, the Judge told AGIS to turn CP back on until
October 16, which would be 30 days from when AGIS originally pulled the
plug. Unless I'm missing something, this effectively screws CP out of two
weeks' service.

Not that I'm complaining or anything.
