I am a newbie at list management.  I have a couple of questions I hope
someone will answer.

I use Eudora lite for my mailer.  3.01 has filters, which is very helpfull
for mail management.  The list mail is sorted into mailboxes, I can see if
I have any from friends right away.

My first question is whydo some lists have quotes around the Sender:
"address" part of the header and some do not?  Where is this set?

I find that I have to set my filters with the quotes in mind, to filter
properly.

My last question is more of a curiousity question.  Does anyone know what
mail program  <[log in to unmask]> is using?  I don't think it is
Listserv(T), which is too bad.
