I want posts from subscribers to my lists to post normally, and posts from
non-subscribers to come to me for approval.

I _thought_ that's what I'd set up-- but obviously not. A subscriber to one
of my lists cc-ed his post to another one of them (to which he wasn't
subscribed); the second list rejected the post completely.

The relevant bit of my header file, as it currently stands:

*  Send= Private,Editor,Hold
*  Editor= [log in to unmask] (ie, my address)

What is wrong?
