I have a subscriber to a list who is unable to post messages to the
list.  This is a self-moderated with settings:

Send= editor, hold, confirm
Editor= [log in to unmask], (listname)

The subscriber postings do not seem to be reaching the listserv machine.  I
normally get all postings from non-subscribers. She does not even get a
posting confirmation or a copy of a posting. Her ISP seems to think there
is a problem with Microsoft Outlook settings, but I think there may be a
problem with filtering outgoing mail at a router or a firewall.

Any ideas?
